Cwrt is an organisation with people at its heart – driven by community, connection and a shared love of movement. Founded out of Cardiff with strong ties to Llanelli, Cwrt is proudly Welsh at its core and committed to making padel affordable, accessible and welcoming in local communities across Wales. Our clubs are designed to capture the social and enjoyable spirit of padel. More than just courts, spaces to meet, move and belong.
Cwrt was born from a belief in the wider benefits of exercise, not only for physical health,
but for mental wellbeing and social connection. Padel’s simplicity, inclusivity and relaxed doubles format make it a sport that anyone can turn their hand to, regardless of age, background or experience. That ethos shapes everything we do.
The inspiration behind Cwrt is rooted in a lifelong love of sport and the values it teaches:
togetherness, enjoyment and resilience. These principles continue to guide our vision as we look beyond our first club in Llanelli, with the ambition to grow Cwrt clubs across Wales – particularly in communities where access to facilities is currently limited.
